Besides other factors, like reaction against anti Islamic environment in educational culture, involved in the foundation of Jamiat, an important factor was also the situation, which developed, in august 1969. It was the movement for the Islamization of the educational system of Pakistan that shook the then government authorities and at the last they had to confess.
